Service Project in Inner City Baltimore

These great missionaries help build an amazing playground for an Inner City elementary school in Baltimore.  They began the day at 8:00 a.m. and worked until 6:30.  They worked so hard and were so fun to be with.  We faced the heat, humidity and a down pour for about an hour .  Despite all of this, these great missionaries didn't stop.  They worked soo hard and were amazing examples of what a MBM missionary is like.  It was a long day but it was a day we will all remember! The project was sponsored by Kazoom and there were a lot of people from the community all working together.  When we were waiting for instruction we had time to play some kickball and a few other games.
These missionaries are  not use to just sitting.
(In case you were wondering team leaders were given funny head wear.) I had to leave at 4:30 so I was not able to get a picture of the completed playground.
I will get one and post it soon.
